Students
Students understand very fast, that learning is today a life long process. This is true for subject content, this is even more true when it comes to life and how people organise the way, they want to live together in a democratic way. In a democracy different opinions are heard and solutions are found through compromise. School is a good place to learn and experience this. Democracy is never perfect, because human beings are not perfect either. So when it comes to learning democracy and human rights, the constant struggle for good solutions are normal. Students find here materials and hand outs from the learning materials, with which their teachers will work. They also fin additional texts and proposals for reading and discussion.
